Easy to use

BIOCRYSTAL^® SleePad™ DYNAMIC is usually used in or under the bed. It is normally positioned in the centre of the bed, under the mattress or in its cover or on it (under bed linen or the mattress cover). This pad possesses an effective radius of around 1,5 metres and develops its effect through several layers. But the closer it is to the body, in other words, the less there is between the pads and the person using it, the greater the effect. Very sensitive people may in certain circumstances feel a tingling in the head area as an initial reaction. In such cases, it is recommended that the pad be positioned further down towards the legs and that it only be used for a few hours (not the entire night) until the body has grown accustomed to it.
